Instant Ragi Dosa

Ingredients:
- 1 cup ragi flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup semolina
- 1 finely chopped green chili
- 1/4 inch finely chopped ginger
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 1/2 cups of water
Method:
- Mix ragi flour, rice flour, and semolina in a bowl.
- Add water, asafoetida, green chili, ginger, onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and salt.
- Mix well until the batter becomes smooth.
- Heat dosa tawa and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it in a circular motion.
- Drizzle some oil and cook until crisp.
- Once cooked, serve hot with chutney.
