Instant Ragi Dosa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup semolina
  • 1 finely chopped green chili
  • 1/4 inch finely chopped ginger
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 1/2 cups of water

Method:

  1. Mix ragi flour, rice flour, and semolina in a bowl.
  2. Add water, asafoetida, green chili, ginger, onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and salt.
  3. Mix well until the batter becomes smooth.
  4. Heat dosa tawa and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it in a circular motion.
  5. Drizzle some oil and cook until crisp.
  6. Once cooked, serve hot with chutney.
