Healthy Corn and Peanut Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chaat masala
Method:
- Roast the peanuts until golden brown. Allow them to cool, then remove the skin.
- In a bowl, add corn, peanuts, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, chaat masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.
- Healthy corn and peanut chaat are ready to serve!
