Healthy Corn and Peanut Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green chili
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Method:

  1. Roast the peanuts until golden brown. Allow them to cool, then remove the skin.
  2. In a bowl, add corn, peanuts, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, chaat masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Healthy corn and peanut chaat are ready to serve!
