Healthy Beet Salad Recipe
        INGREDIENTS:
- Beet Salad:
- 8 oz Baby Spinach | پالاک
 - 4 oz Arugula | آروگولا
 - 4 Beets (cooked and diced into 1-inch cubes) | لبلبو
 - ½ cup Sunflower Seeds / Pine nuts | دانه آفتابگردان
 - ½ cup Goat Cheese (crumbled) | پنیر بز
 - ½ cup Pomegranate Seeds | انار
 
 - BALSAMIC VINEGAR SALAD DRESSING:
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil | روغن زیتون
 - 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar | سرکه بالسامیک
 - 2 tablespoons Orange Juice (freshly squeezed) | آب نارنجی
 - 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice | آب لیمو
 - 2 tablespoons Honey (or Maple Syrup) | عسل
 - ½ tablespoon Salt | نمک
 - ½ tablespoon Ground Black Pepper | مورچ سیاه
 
 
HOW TO MAKE BEET SALAD:
- Prepare. Measure, chop and prepare all the ingredients. You may prepare the beets in advance.
 - Make the dressing. Whisk the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
 - Assemble. Toss the dressing with the rest of the ingredients.
 - Serve. Serve in individual plates, or family-style so everyone can help themselves.
