Fresh Fruit Cream Icebox Dessert

Ingredients:

  • Ice cubes as required
  • Olper’s cream chilled 400ml
  • Fruit jam 2-3 tbs
  • Condensed milk ½ Cup
  • Vanilla essence 2 tsp
  • Papita (Papaya) chopped ½ Cup
  • Kiwi chopped ½ Cup
  • Saib (Apple) chopped ½ Cup
  • Cheeku (Sapodilla) chopped ½ Cup
  • Banana chopped ½ Cup
  • Grapes chopped ½ Cup
  • Tutti frutti chopped ¼ Cup (Red + Green)
  • Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs
  • Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
  • Pista (Pistachios) sliced

Directions:

  • In a large dish, add ice cubes & place a bowl on it.
  • Add cream & beat until soft peaks form.
  • Add fruit jam, condensed milk, vanilla essence & beat until well combined.
  • Add papaya, kiwi, apple, sapodilla, banana, grapes, tutti frutti, pistachios, almonds (you can add any non-citrus fruits of your choice like mangoes, berries & pears) & fold gently.
  • Transfer to a serving dish & spread evenly, cover its surface with cling film & freeze for 8 hours or overnight in a freezer.
  • Garnish with pistachio, scoop out & serve
