Fresh Fruit Cream Icebox Dessert

Ingredients:
- Ice cubes as required
- Olper’s cream chilled 400ml
- Fruit jam 2-3 tbs
- Condensed milk ½ Cup
- Vanilla essence 2 tsp
- Papita (Papaya) chopped ½ Cup
- Kiwi chopped ½ Cup
- Saib (Apple) chopped ½ Cup
- Cheeku (Sapodilla) chopped ½ Cup
- Banana chopped ½ Cup
- Grapes chopped ½ Cup
- Tutti frutti chopped ¼ Cup (Red + Green)
- Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs
- Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Directions:
- In a large dish, add ice cubes & place a bowl on it.
- Add cream & beat until soft peaks form.
- Add fruit jam, condensed milk, vanilla essence & beat until well combined.
- Add papaya, kiwi, apple, sapodilla, banana, grapes, tutti frutti, pistachios, almonds (you can add any non-citrus fruits of your choice like mangoes, berries & pears) & fold gently.
- Transfer to a serving dish & spread evenly, cover its surface with cling film & freeze for 8 hours or overnight in a freezer.
- Garnish with pistachio, scoop out & serve
