Flaky Layered Samosa with Creamy Veg Filling

Ingredients:
- -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
- -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
- -Chicken stock 1 Cup
- -Corn kernels boiled 1 & ½ Cup
- -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
- -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- -Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- -Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
- -Olper’s Cheddar cheese 2 tbs (optional)
- -Pickled jalapenos sliced ½ Cup
- -Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ¼ Cup
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Veg Filling:
-In a wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for a minute.
-Add chicken stock,mix well & cook until it thickens.
-Add corn kernels & mix well.
-Add pink salt,red chilli crushed,black pepper crushed,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well.
-Turn on the flame,add cheddar cheese,mix well & cook until cheese melts.
-Add pickled jalapenos,spring onion & mix well.
-Let it cool.
