Dry Fruit Ladoo Recipe

Ingredients:
- Almonds - 1/2 Cup
- Cashew Nuts - 1/2 Cup
- Pistachio - 1/4 Cup
- Walnut - 1/2 Cup (Optional)
- Pitted Dates - 25 Nos
- Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
Method:
- Take a pan and put some almonds in it. Dry roast them for 5 mins.
- Then add the cashew nuts and dry roast everything for 5 more mins.
- After that add pistachios and roast everything for 3 more mins.
- Remove them all from the pan and put walnuts in the pan. Roast them for 3 mins and keep them aside.
- Now add in the pitted dates and toast them for 2-3 mins.
- Keep the toasted dates aside.
- Once the nuts are completely cooled down, transfer them to a food processor or a mixer jar.
- Grind them into a coarse mixture. Transfer this mixture into a large bowl.
- Now put the toasted dates in the food processor and grind them until they are nice and mushy.
- To the same, now add in the coarsely ground nuts and cardamom powder.
- Blend again until they are all combined.
- Transfer the prepared mixture onto a plate and apply some ghee on the palms.
- Take a little bit of the dry fruit mixture into the palms and shape it into laddoo.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dry fruit mixture.
- Dry fruit laddoos are ready to be served.
