Dahi Bhindi

Ingredients:
- 250 grams bhindi (okra)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions:
1. Wash and pat dry the bhindi, then trim off the ends and cut them into small pieces.
2. Heat some oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and allow them to splutter.
3. Add finely chopped onions and sauté till they turn golden brown.
4. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes turn soft.
5. Beat the curd until smooth and add to the mixture, along with garam masala.
6. Stir it continuously. Add the bhindi and cook it until the bhindi turns tender.
7. Once done, garnish the Dahi Bhindi with coriander leaves. Your delicious Dahi Bhindi is ready to be served.
