Crispy Egg Cheese Toast

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices 2 large
  • Makhan (Butter) soft as required
  • Olper’s Cheddar cheese slice 1
  • Mortadella slices 2
  • Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Anda (Egg) 1
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
  • Himalayan pink salt to taste
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:

  • On a baking tray lined with butter paper,place two large bread slices & apply butter on one bread slice.
  • Add cheddar cheese,mortadella slices & mozzarella cheese.
  • With the help of a bowl,make a well in the center by pushing the bottom of a bowl & place it on top of the other slice over the cheese.
  • Apply butter on bread slice,add egg onto the well & sprinkle black pepper crushed & pink salt
  • Add mozzarella cheese on the sides of egg & poke the egg yolk with the help of wooden skewer.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 190C for 10-12 minutes (on both grills).
  • Sprinkle fresh coriander & serve with tea.
