Creamy Tikka Buns

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken small cubes 400g
- Onion chopped 1 small
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Tikka masala 2 tbs
- Yogurt 3 tbs
- All-purpose flour 1 & ½ tbs
- Olper’s Milk ½ Cup
- Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup
- Egg yolk 1
- Olper’s Milk 2 tbs
- Caster sugar 2 tsp
- Instant yeast 2 tsp
- Warm water ½ Cup
- Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Egg 1
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Warm water ¼ Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Green chilli sliced
- Fresh coriander chopped
- Butter melted
Directions:
Prepare the creamy tikka filling by sautéing the onion, adding the chicken, ginger garlic paste, tikka masala, and yogurt, then thickening it with a mixture of milk and cream. Next, prepare the dough by adding yeast to warm water, and combining it with salt, cooking oil, egg, and flour, before dividing it into six parts. Use the portions of dough to enrobe portions of the golden, talented chicken and let them sit for a while before baking or airfrying. Serve with tomato ketchup.
