Cone Papri Dahi Chaat

- Prepare Cone in Air fryer:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ Cups
- Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp
- Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
- Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Cooking oil
- Prepare Meethi Chutney:
- Gurr (Jaggery) 1 Cup
- Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
- Saunf (Fennel seeds) crushed ½ tsp
- Adrak powder (Ginger powder) ½ tbs
- Cornflour ½ tbs or as required
- Water ¾ Cup
- Prepare Dahi Chana Chaat:
- Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 2 Cups
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
- Tamatar (Tomato) chopped ½ Cup
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 3-4
- Lemon juice 3 tbs
- Kala namak (Black salt) ¼ tsp
- Chaat masala ½ tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chillies) 2 tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) thick & whisked ¾ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
