Cone Papri Dahi Chaat
  • Prepare Cone in Air fryer:
    • Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ Cups
    • Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp
    • Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
    • Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
    • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
    • Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
    • Water ½ Cup or as required
    • Cooking oil
    • Prepare Meethi Chutney:
      • Gurr (Jaggery) 1 Cup
      • Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
      • Saunf (Fennel seeds) crushed ½ tsp
      • Adrak powder (Ginger powder) ½ tbs
      • Cornflour ½ tbs or as required
      • Water ¾ Cup
      • Prepare Dahi Chana Chaat:
        • Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 2 Cups
        • Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
        • Tamatar (Tomato) chopped ½ Cup
        • Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 3-4
        • Lemon juice 3 tbs
        • Kala namak (Black salt) ¼ tsp
        • Chaat masala ½ tbs
        • Lal mirch (Red chillies) 2 tsp
        • Dahi (Yogurt) thick & whisked ¾ Cup
        • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
