Chicken Tikki Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the chicken, onion, and garlic. Pulse until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the beaten egg, bread crumbs, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve the chicken tikki hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
