Chicken Tikki Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil, for frying
Instructions:
- In a food processor, combine the chicken, onion, and garlic. Pulse until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the beaten egg, bread crumbs, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve the chicken tikki hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
