Chicken Cheese White Karahi

-Chicken mix boti 750g
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 2 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup (room temperature)
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Coconut milk powder 1 tbs (optional)
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese slices 3
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-In a wok,add chicken,ginger garlic crushed,pink salt,cooking oil,water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on high flame for 5-6 minutes then cook on high flame until water dries up (1-2 minutes).
-On low flame,add yogurt,green chillies,black pepper crushed,coriander seeds,white pepper powder, cumin seeds,chicken powder,coconut milk powder,lemon juice,mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
-Add ginger & mix well.
-On low flame,add cream & mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese slices,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
-Add garam masala powder & fresh coriander.
-Garnish with green chilli,ginger & serve with naan!
