Chicken Bread Balls

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 500g
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
  • Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
  • Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs
  • Mustard paste 1 tbs
  • Cornflour 2 tbs
  • Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
  • Anda (Egg) 1
  • Bread slices 4-5 or as required
  • Cooking oil for frying

Directions:

  1. In a chopper,add chicken & chop well.
  2. Transfer it to a bowl,add red chilli crushed,garlic powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,mustard paste, cornflour,spring onion,egg & mix until well combined.
  3. Trim bread edges & cut into small cubes.
  4. With the help of wet hands,take mixture (40g) & make balls of equal sizes.
  5. Now coat chicken ball with bread cubes & press gently to set the shape.
  6. In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium low flame until golden & crispy (makes 15).
