Chicken Bread Balls

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken cubes 500g
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tbs
- Mustard paste 1 tbs
- Cornflour 2 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped ½ Cup
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Bread slices 4-5 or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
- In a chopper,add chicken & chop well.
- Transfer it to a bowl,add red chilli crushed,garlic powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,mustard paste, cornflour,spring onion,egg & mix until well combined.
- Trim bread edges & cut into small cubes.
- With the help of wet hands,take mixture (40g) & make balls of equal sizes.
- Now coat chicken ball with bread cubes & press gently to set the shape.
- In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium low flame until golden & crispy (makes 15).
