Quick and Easy Chocolate Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Leftover bread slices large as required
  • Chocolate spread as required
  • Semi sweetened dark chocolate grated 80g
  • Cream 100ml
  • Doodh (Milk) 1 ½ Cup
  • Anday (Eggs) 3
  • Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 5 tbs
  • Cream
  • Chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Trim bread edges with the help of knife & apply chocolate spread on one side of each bread slice.
  • Roll the bread slice & cut in 1-inch-thick pin wheels.
  • Place all the pin wheels in a baking dish facing the cut side upwards & set aside.
  • In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream & microwave for a minute then mix well until smooth & set aside.
  • In a saucepan,add milk & cook on low flame until it simmers.
  • In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & whisk well until frothy.
  • Gradually add hot milk in egg mixture & whisk continuously.
  • Add melted chocolate & whisk well.
  • Pour the mixture on bread pin wheels,press gently & soak for 15 minutes.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes.
  • Drizzle cream,sprinkle chocolate chips & serve!
