Chawal ke Pakode

Ingredients:
Leftover rice (1 cup)
Besan (gram flour) (1/2 cup)
Salt (as per taste)
Red chilli powder (as per taste)
Green chillies (2-3, finely chopped)
Coriander leaves (2 tablespoons, finely chopped)

Method:
Step 1: Take 1 cup of leftover rice and grind it to make a paste.
Step 2: Add 1/2 cup of besan in the rice paste.
Step 3: Then add salt, red chilli powder, finely chopped green chillies, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Step 4: Make small pakodas of the mixture and deep fry until they turn golden brown.
Step 5: Serve hot with green chutney.
