Quick and Easy Egg Recipes

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 teaspoon oil
Preparation:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper; set aside.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and green chili. Sauté until they are tender.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and allow it to set for a few seconds.
- Using a spatula, gently lift the edges while tilting the skillet to let the uncooked egg flow to the edges.
- When the omelet is set with no liquid egg remaining, flip it over and cook for an additional minute.
- Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve hot.
