Quick and Easy Egg Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and green chili. Sauté until they are tender.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and allow it to set for a few seconds.
  4. Using a spatula, gently lift the edges while tilting the skillet to let the uncooked egg flow to the edges.
  5. When the omelet is set with no liquid egg remaining, flip it over and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve hot.
