Chapathi with Chicken Gravy & Egg

Ingredients
- Chapathi
- Chicken (cut into pieces)
- Onion (finely chopped)
- Tomato (chopped)
- Garlic (minced)
- Ginger (minced)
- Chili powder
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala
- Salt (to taste)
- Eggs (boiled and cut in halves)
- Cooking oil
- Fresh coriander (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by preparing the chicken gravy. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Mix in the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
- Pour in enough water to cover the chicken and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let it simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Stir in garam masala and salt to taste. Allow the gravy to thicken to your desired consistency.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the chapathi according to your recipe or package instructions.
- Once everything is ready, serve the chapathi with the chicken gravy, garnished with boiled egg halves and fresh coriander.
