Chana Chaat Recipe

Ingredients
Red chili powder : 1/2 tspCumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala : 1/2 tsp
Black salt : 1 tsp
Chickpeas (boiled) : 400 grams
Oil : 1 tbsp
Cumin : 1/2 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste : 1/2 tsp
Tamarind pulp : 1/4 cup
Cucumber (chopped) : 1
Onion (chopped) : 1 small size
Tomato (chopped) : 1
Potato (boiled) : 2 medium size
Green chili paste : 1-2
Fresh coriander (chopped)
Mint (chopped)
Lemon juice
Instructions
For the Chana Chaat Masala Preparation, make a paste of the red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, and black salt.For Chana Chaat Assembling, heat oil, add cumin, ginger and garlic paste, boiled chickpeas. Cook for a few minutes. Add tamarind pulp, followed by cucumber, onion, tomato, boiled potato, and green chili paste. Mix well. Garnish with fresh coriander, chopped mint, and lemon juice.
