Cabbage and Egg Recipe
Ingredients
- Cabbage: 1 Cup
- Potato: 2 Pieces
- Eggs: 1 Piece
- All Purpose Flour: 1/2 Cup
- Milk: 1/4 Cup
- Oil for frying
- Salt: to taste
- Black Pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Start by chopping the cabbage and slicing the potatoes into thin pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the cabbage, potatoes, eggs, all-purpose flour, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown as well.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious cabbage and egg dish!
