Ingredients

  • Cabbage: 1 Cup
  • Potato: 2 Pieces
  • Eggs: 1 Piece
  • All Purpose Flour: 1/2 Cup
  • Milk: 1/4 Cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by chopping the cabbage and slicing the potatoes into thin pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cabbage, potatoes, eggs, all-purpose flour, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown as well.
  6. Remove from the pan and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious cabbage and egg dish!
