Bhelpuri Murmura Bhel

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup murmura (puffed rice)
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup raw mango, grated
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 3-4 tbsp green chutney
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 3-4 papdis (deep-fried dough wafers)

Method:

In a large mixing bowl, add the murmura, onions, tomatoes, and raw mango. Mix well. Now, add the green chutney and tamarind chutney as per taste and mix well again. Crumble the papdis into the mixture. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
