Avocado Spread with Lemon and Chili

Ingredients:
- 4 slices of multi-grain bread
- 2 ripe avocados
- 5 tbsp of vegan yogurt
- 1 tsp of chili flakes
- 3 tsp of lemon juice
- Pepper and a pinch of salt
Instruction:
- Toast the bread until crispy and golden brown.
- Mash the avocados in a bowl with the lemon juice until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Stir in the vegan yogurt and chili flakes, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread the avocado chili mix on top of the toasted bread, and sprinkle with some extra chili flakes if you like it spicy! Enjoy!
