Beetroot Chapathi
  1. Beetroot - 1 No.
  2. Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
  3. Salt - 1 Tsp
  4. Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp
  5. Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
  6. Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
  7. Kasuri Methi - 2 Tsp
  8. Carom Seeds - 1 Tsp
  9. Green Chilli - 4 Nos
  10. Ginger
  11. Oil
  12. Ghee
  13. Water

1. Take green chillies, ginger, grated beetroot in a mixer jar and grind into a fine paste. 2. Take wheat flour, salt, chilli flakes, cumin powder, garam masala powder, kasuri methi, carom seeds and mix once. 3. To this mixture, add the beetroot paste, mix and knead for 5 minutes. 4. Let the kneaded dough sit aside for 30 minutes. 5. Now divide the dough ball into small portions roll them out evenly. 6. Cut the dough chapatis with a cutter for an even shape. 7. Now cook the chapatis on a hot tawa by flipping them on both sides. 8. Once the brown spots appear on the chapatis, apply some ghee on the chapatis. 9. After the chapatis are fully cooked, remove them from the pan. 10. That's it, our healthy and delicious beetroot chapatis are ready to be served hot and nice with any side dish of your choice by the side.
