Aloo Tikki Chaat Recipe

Ingredients: - 4 large potatoes - 1/2 cup green peas - 1/2 cup bread crumbs - 1/2 tsp red chili powder - 1/2 tsp garam masala - 1/2 tsp chaat masala - 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp corn flour - Salt to taste For the chaat: - 1 cup curd - 1/4 cup tamarind chutney - 1/4 cup green chutney - 1/4 cup sev - 1/4 cup finely chopped onions - 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes - Chaat masala to sprinkle - Red chili powder to sprinkle - Salt to taste Instructions: - Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes. Add peas, breadcrumbs, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander leaves, corn flour, and salt. Mix well and form into tikkis. - Heat oil in a pan, and shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides. - Arrange the tikkis on a serving plate. Top each tikki with curd, green chutney, and tamarind chutney. Sprinkle sev, onions, tomatoes, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt. - Serve the aloo tikkis immediately. Enjoy!
