Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup water (or as needed)
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, salt, cumin seeds, and turmeric powder.
- Add the water gradually and knead it into a soft dough. Let it rest for a few minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
- Heat a tawa or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- Place the rolled wheat flour circle onto the hot tawa and cook until tiny bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip the dosa and drizzle a little oil around the edges. Cook until crispy and golden brown.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough, adding more oil as needed.
- Serve the dosa hot with chutney or your favorite dipping sauce.
