- Ghee (Bɔta si me kɔ) 2 tbs
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
- Badam (Almond) si wofli 2 tbs
- Kishmish ( Waintsetse) 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) si wofli 2 tbs
- Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) si wogbã 100g
- Doodh (Notsi) 1 & 1⁄2 litre
- Zafran (Saffron kawo) 1⁄4 tsp
- Doodh (Notsi) 2 tbs
- Sukli 1⁄2 Kplu alo ne èdi
- Saffron ƒe ʋeʋẽ 1⁄2 tsp
- Cream 4 tbs (ne èdi)
- Pista (Pistachios) si wofli
- Badam (Almonds) si wofli
-Le wok me, . tsɔ bɔta si me kɔ de eme & na wòaƒu.
-Tsɔ green cardamom,almonds,raisins,pistachios,tsaka nyuie & ɖae aɖabaƒoƒo ɖeka.
-Tsaka vermicelli,tsaka nyuie & ɖa vaseɖe esime wòatrɔ amadede (aɖabaƒoƒo 2-3 ).
-Tsɔ notsi kpe ɖe eŋu & tsakae nyuie,na wòaƒo & ɖae le dzo sue aɖe dzi aɖabaƒoƒo 10-12.
-Le agba sue aɖe me la,de saffron ka,notsi,tsaka nyuie & na wòagbɔ ɖe eme hena 3 -4 minutes.
-Le wok me,de sukli,saffron notsi si woɖe,saffron essence & tsaka nyuie.
-Tsi dzoa,de cream & tsakae nyuie.
-Trɔ dzoa,tsaka nyuie & ɖae le dzo sue aɖe dzi vaseɖe esime wòaƒo (aɖabaƒoƒo 1-2).
-Tsɔe do goe le nuɖugba me & na wòafa.
-Garnish with pistachios,almonds & serve chilled!
