-Zeera (Kumin nukuwo) 1 tsp
-Kalonji (Nigella nukuwo) 1⁄2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1⁄2 tsp alo be wòavivi
-Lal mirch (Ami dzĩ) si wogbã 1 tsp
-Ajwain (Carom nukuwo) 1⁄2 tsp
-Nuɖami 1 tbs
-Nuɖami 1 tsp

Mɔfiamewo:
-Blender jug mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan tsakatsaka ker lein & axa ɖesiaɖe rakh dein.
-Kplu mein maida,zeera,kalonji,dze pink,lal mirch gbã aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan tsaka karein.
-Nuɖami dal ker ache tarhan tsaka ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka tsakatsaka dama shamil karein aur ghond ker amɔwɔ tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker miniti 15 kliya chor dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur amɔwɔ ko keke ker ka amɔwɔ blɔ tayyar ker lein.
