- Ghee 2 tbsp + ami 1 tbsp
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Dalchini ƒe didime nye inch 1
- Kardamom dama 2-3 ƒe aŋgba
- Kardamom yibɔ 1 no.
- Tej patta 1 ƒe xexlẽme.
- Sabala 5 ƒe lolome le titina / 400 gm (wotsoe)
- Ginger galik chilli kplu 1⁄2 (wotsoe madzemadzee)
- Turmeric-mi 1⁄2 tsp
- Ami dzĩ si me wodea nuɖuɖuvivinuwoe 2 tsp
- Kashmiritɔwo ƒe chili dzĩ 1 tbsp
- Koriander-mi 2 tbsp
- Jeera ƒe atike 1 tsp
- Tomatos 4 ƒe lolome le titina (wotsoe)
- Dze be wòavivi
- Garam masala 1 ƒe ʋeʋẽ
- Kasuri methi 1 ƒe ʋeʋẽ
- Ginger si ƒe didime nye inch 1 (julienned)
- Ami damawo 2-3 nos. (si woɖe)
- Coriander yeye asi sue aɖe
