- Imli (Tamarindi jalen) kisɛ bɔlen 1 & 1⁄2 tbs
- Khopra (Koko jalen) 3⁄4 Tasa
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri ka mɔni bilenman) 2-3
- Kuri patta (Kuri buluw) 15-18
