- 2 jach’a wallpa ch’uqi, chikata (1 1/2 lbs)
 - 1 tsp salt, jaljata, jan ukax muxsa
 - 1/2 tsp ch’iyara piminta, jaljata
 - 1/2 tsp ch’uqi ch’uqi
 - 2 Tbsp aceite de oliva, jaljata
 - 1 Tbsp mantequilla
 - 8 oz ch’uqi, thixita ch’uqi
 - 1/4 t’ijturjama intimpi wañt’ayata tomate (packed), ch’uqimpi ch’uñumpi ch’uñuyata
 - 1/4 t’ijturjama ch’uxña ch’uñu, ch’uxña chiqanaka, ch’uqi
 - 3 ajo ch’uqi, ch’uqi
 - 1 1/2 t’ijturjama jach’a ch’uqi ch’uqi
 - 1/2 t’ijturjama parmesano, ch’uqi ch’uñuyaña
 - 2 t’ijturjama fresco espinaca
