    7. Akutu tuntum 3 -4 nos.
  • Ayɛyɛdeɛ 4-5 a ne kɛseɛ yɛ mfimfini (wɔatwitwa)
  • Ginger garlic a wɔde ahyɛ mu 2 tbsp
  • Akutuo a ɛyɛ ahabammono 2 tsp (wɔatwitwa)
  • Tomato 3-4 a ne kɛse yɛ mfinimfini (wɔatwitwa)
  • Nkyene sɛnea ɛyɛ dɛ
  • Nnuhwam a wɔde powder ayɛ:
    1. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
    2. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    3. Jeera powder 1 tsp
    4. Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
  • Nsuo a ɛyɛ hyew sɛdeɛ ɛhia
  • Green chillies 2-3 nos. (slit)
  • Ginger nsateakwaa 1 (julienned)
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Koriander nhaban a ɛyɛ foforo 1 tbsp (wɔatwitwa)
