-Badam (Almonds) a wɔatwitwa 1-2 tbs
-Ghee (Bɔta a wɔama emu ada hɔ) 1 & 1⁄2 tbs
-Sewaiyan (Vermicelli) a wɔabubu 250g
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Nsu 4 tbs
-Nufusu a wɔayam 5-6 tbs
Akwankyerɛ:
Siesie Quick Rabri:
-Wɔ kyɛnsee mu,fa nufusu,cream,cardamom powder,asikre ka ho ,cornflour & whisk yiye.
-Dan ogyaframa no & noa wɔ ogya a ɛba fam so kosi sɛ ɛbɛyɛ den.
-Fa saffron anaa kewra essence,pistachios,almonds ka ho & fa fra yiye.
-Ma ɛnnwo.

-Wɔ kyɛnsee mu,fa bɔta a emu da hɔ gu mu & ma ɛnwo.
-Fa vermicelli ka ho,fra yiye & fa gya a ano nyɛ den so hyew kosi sɛ ɛbɛsesa kɔla & huam (simma 2-3).
-Fa cardamom powder ka ho & fa fra yiye.
-Fa nkakrankakra fa nsu gu mu,fra yiye & noa wɔ ogya a ano nyɛ den so simma 1-2.
