-Urad daal (Gram tuntum a wɔakyekyɛ mu) Kuruwa 1 (250g)
-Sarson ka tel ( Sinapi ngo) 1/3 Kuruwa Nea wode besi ananmu: ngo a wode noa aduan a wopɛ
-Rai dana (Sinapi aba tuntum) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) a wɔatwitwa 1 ketewaa
-Hing powder (Asafoetida powder) 1⁄4 tsp
-Atta (Awi esiam) 3 tbs
-Nsuo 5 Kuruwa anaa sɛdeɛ ɛhia
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1⁄2 tsp
-Himalayan pink nkyene 1 & 1⁄2 tsp anaa sɛdeɛ wopɛ
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp anaasɛ sɛnea wopɛ
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) a wɔatwitwa nsa

Akwankyerɛ:
-Wɔ owu & pestle mu,fa garlic,ginger, ka ho. green chillies,coriander aba,cumin aba,akutu tuntum & crush coarsely & fa to nkyɛn.
-Wɔ wok mu,fa split black gram na dry roast wɔ ogya a ano nyɛ den so simma 8-10.
-Ma ɛnnwo.
-Wɔ grinding toa mu,fa roasted lentil,yam coarsely & de to nkyɛn.
-Wɔ kuku mu,fa sinapi ngo gu mu & fa hyew no ma ɛnyɛ wusiw.
-Fa sinapi aba tuntum,onion,asafoetida powder,fra yiye & sauté simma 2-3.
