  • Nnuhwam a wɔde powder ayɛ
    1. Hing 1/2 nkyekyɛmu
    2. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
    3. Kashmirifo akutu kɔkɔɔ a wɔde ahyɛ mu 1 tbsp
    4. Akutu kɔkɔɔ a ɛyɛ nnuhwam 1 tsp
    5. Kumin a wɔde ayɛ aduru 1 tsp
    6. Akutu Powder 1 tbsp

  • Nkyene sɛnea ɛte
  • Green peas 1.5 nkuruwa
  • Methi a wɔayɛ no foforo 1 akutu ketewa / nkuruwa 2
  • Kasuri methi 1 aduru a wɔde hyɛ mu
  • Garam masala 1 aduru a wɔde hyɛ mu
  • Ginger yɛ nsateakwaa 1 (julienned)
  • Lemon nsuo 1/2 tsp
  • Krim a ɛyɛ foforo kuruwa 3/4
