- Khopra (Akutu a ayow) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Akutu a ɛyɛ ahabammono) 5-6
-Podina (Mint nhaban) 12-15
-Hara dhania (Akutu a ɛyɛ foforo) 2-3 tbs
- Lemon nsu 2 tbs
-Nsu 5-6 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp anaasɛ sɛnea wopɛ
-Kabab cheeni (Cubeb nnuhuam) powder 1 tsp
-Elaichi powder ( Cardamom powder) 1⁄2 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Akutu tuntum powder) 1 & 1⁄2 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1⁄2 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) fried 1 Kuruwa
-Dahi (Yogurt) a wɔayam 1 Kuruwa
-Cream 3⁄4 Kuruwa
-Ghee (Bɔta a Wɔatew Mu) 1⁄2 Kuruwa

Siesie Paratha:
-Paratha mmɔre bɔɔl 150g biara
-Ghee (Bɔta a wɔama emu ada hɔ) 1 tbs
-Ghee (Bɔta a wɔama emu ada hɔ) 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) a wɔatwitwa
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) slices 1-2
-Pyaz (Onion) rings

Siesie Lagan Qeema:
-Wɔ kuku mu,fa nantwinam a wɔayam,nkyene pink,papaya a wɔannoa gu mu paste,ginger garlic paste & fra yiye,kata so & marinate dɔnhwerew 1.
-Wɔ spice grinder mu,fa almonds,cashew nuts,desiccated coconut & grind yiye.
-Fa green chillies,mint nhaban,fresh coriander ka ho ,lemon nsu,nsu & grind yiye ma yɛ paste a ɛyɛ den & fa to nkyɛn.
-Wɔ kuku no mu,fa red chilli powder,cubeb spice powder,cardamom powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,fried onion ka ho ,yogurt,cream,clarified butter,ground paste & fra kosi sɛ ɛbɛka abom yiye,kata so & marinate dɔnhwerew 1 anaa anadwo biako wɔ frigye mu.

Siesie Paratha:
- Fa dough ball (150g),petepete esiam a ɛyɛ dry & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Fa & trɛw bɔta a emu da hɔ,dannan afã nyinaa ma ɛnyɛ square shape.
-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out denam rolling pin mmoa so.
-Wɔ griddle a ɛyɛ hyew so,fa paratha gu mu,fa bɔta a emu da hɔ ka ho & noa wɔ ogya a ano yɛ den so fi afã abien no nyinaa kosi sɛ ɛbɛyɛ.
-Garnish with fresh coriander,green chillies,onion rings & serve with paratha !
