TURKISH BULGUR PILAF

Izithako:
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp ibhotolo (ungayiyeka ibhotolo kwaye usebenzise nje ioyile yomnquma ukwenza oku vegan)

- 1 i-tbs ye-tomato puree
- 2 iitumato ezigayiweyo
- 1/2 tsp ezimnyama ipepile
- 1/2 tsp iiflakes zepepile ebomvu
- 1 tsp i-mint eyomileyo
- 1 tsp i-thyme eyomileyo
- ijusi yelamuni esandula ukucudiswa (njenge ngokokuthanda kwakho)
- 1 kunye ne-1/2 yekomityi yengqolowa ye-bulgur
- 3 iikomityi zamanzi ashushu
- hombisa iparsley ecoliweyo kunye nezilayi zelamuni I-Bulgur Pilaf yaseTurkey, ekwabizwa ngokuba yi-bulgur pilaff, i-bulgur pilavı, okanye i-pilau, sisidlo esisisiseko se-classic kwi-Turkish cuisine. Senziwe kusetyenziswa ingqolowa ye-bulgur, esi sidlo asikho nje incasa ngendlela emangalisayo, kodwa sinempilo entle kwaye sinesondlo. IBulgur Pilavı inokunikwa nenkukhu eyojiweyo, inyama yekofte, ikebabs, imifuno, iisaladi, okanye nediphu yeyogathi eneherbed.
Qala ngokufudumeza i-oyile yomnquma kunye nebhotolo epanini. Yongeza i-anyanisi eqoshiwe, ityuwa, igalikhi, i-capsicum, i-pepper eluhlaza, i-tomato puree, i-tomato egayiweyo, i-pepper emnyama, i-flakes ye-pepper ebomvu, i-mint eyomileyo, i-thyme eyomileyo, kunye nejusi ye-lemon esanda kukhanywa. Emva koko yongeza ingqolowa ye-bulgur kunye namanzi ashushu. Hombisa ngeparsley enqunqwe kakuhle kunye nezilayi zelamuni.
