  • ijusi yelamuni esandula ukucudiswa (njenge ngokokuthanda kwakho)
  • 1 kunye ne-1/2 yekomityi yengqolowa ye-bulgur
  • 3 iikomityi zamanzi ashushu
  • hombisa iparsley ecoliweyo kunye nezilayi zelamuni

Yongeza i-anyanisi eqoshiwe, ityuwa, igalikhi, i-capsicum, i-pepper eluhlaza, i-tomato puree, i-tomato egayiweyo, i-pepper emnyama, i-flakes ye-pepper ebomvu, i-mint eyomileyo, i-thyme eyomileyo, kunye nejusi ye-lemon esanda kukhanywa. Emva koko yongeza ingqolowa ye-bulgur kunye namanzi ashushu. Hombisa ngeparsley enqunqwe kakuhle kunye nezilayi zelamuni.
