- Adrak lehsan (igalikhi yeGinger) icolile i-tbs eyi-1
- I-Hari mirch (itshilisi eluhlaza) inqunyulwe i-tbs enye
- I-Pyaz (Itswele) inqunyulwe 2 phakathi
- I-Tamatar (Iitamatisi) inqunyulwe ngokucokisekileyo 2 medium
- I-Dhania powder (i-Coriander powder) 2 tsp
- I-Kali mirch (ipepile emnyama) icoliweyo ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp okanye ukungcamla
- Umgubo weHaldi (umgubo weTurmeric) ½ tsp
- I-Matar (ii-Peas) ½ indebe
- Ityuwa epinki ye-Himalayan ½ tsp okanye ukungcamla
- Hara dhania (i-coriander eNtsha) inqunyulwe ngesandla
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- I-Hari mirch (itshilisi eluhlaza) isikiwe (yokuhombisa)
- Hara dhania (i-coriander eNtsha) inqunyulwe (yokuhlobisa)
Izalathiso:
- Gubula iitheniphu uze uzinqumle zibe ngamaqhekeza amancinci
- Epanini, galela itheniphu, ityuwa epinki, kunye namanzi. Xuba kakuhle uze ubilise. Ukugquma kunye nomphunga upheke kwidangatye eliphantsi de itheniphu ithambile (malunga nemizuzu engama-30) kwaye amanzi ome.
- Cima ilangatye kwaye ucube kakuhle ngoncedo lwesicuphi. Beka bucala.
- Kwi-wok, yongeza ioli yokupheka kunye nembewu ye-cumin. Yongeza igalikhi ye-ginger echotshoziweyo kunye netshilisi eluhlaza, kwaye ugxobhoze imizuzu eyi-1-2.
- Galela itswele elinqunqiweyo, udibanise kakuhle, kwaye upheke kwidangatye eliphakathi imizuzu emi-4-5.
- Yongeza iitumato ezicudiweyo, umgubo wecoriander, ipepile emnyama ecoliweyo, umgubo wetshili obomvu, umgubo weturmeric, kunye neeertyisi. Xuba kakuhle, gquma, upheke kwidangatye eliphakathi imizuzu emi-6-8.
- Yongeza umxube wetheniphu ocujiweyo, lungisa ityuwa ukuba kuyimfuneko, kwaye udibanise kakuhle. Gubungela kwaye upheke kwidangatye eliphantsi de ioli iyahlukana (malunga nemizuzu eyi-10-12). Yongeza i-garam masala powder kwaye udibanise kakuhle.
