- Elaichi ke daane (umgubo weCardamom) utyunyuziwe ¼ tsp
- I-Badam (Iialmonds) yasikwa 2 tbs
- I-Pista (i-Pistachios) inqunyulwe i-2 tbs
- I-Pista (i-Pistachios) njengoko ifunwa ukuhlobisa
- I-Walnut (Akhrot) inqunyulwe i-2 tsp
- Ikhokhonathi ecetyiweyo yokuhombisa
Izalathiso:
- Kwisitya, gcoba iminqathe ngoncedo lwe-grater kwaye ubeke ecaleni.
- Irayisi etyumkileyo ngezandla kwaye ubeke ecaleni
- Embizeni, galela ubisi uze ubilise.
- Yongeza iminqathe egayiweyo, irayisi egayiweyo kwaye udibanise kakuhle, yizise ukuba ibile kwaye upheke kwidangatye eliphakathi kangangemizuzu emi-5-6, vala kancinci kwaye upheke kwidangatye eliphantsi kangangemizuzu engama-40 ukuya kwiyure enye kwaye uqhubeke uvuselela phakathi. >
- Yongeza iswekile, imbewu yecardamom, iialmondi, ipistachios, xuba kakuhle kwaye upheke kwidangatye eliphakathi de ubisi luncitshiswe kwaye lube ngqindilili (imizuzu emi-5-6).
- Hombisa ngeepistachios kunye nekhokhonathi enqwenelekayo & uphake kushushu okanye kubanda!
