Uyenza njani iPoha :
Thatha iikomityi ezi-2 eziphakathi kwePoha kwaye uzihlambe. Gxuma i-poha emanzini kwaye uyikhuphe ngokukhawuleza. Gxuma i-poha ngecephe.
