Ukwenzela iGravy

  • 4 tbsp iGhee
  • 1 tsp imbewu yeCumin
  • 2 Ii-cloves
  • 1 i-cardamom eluhlaza
  • I-Ginger elungisiweyo ye-Garlic intlama
  • 3 i-anyanisi ephakathi, inqunyulwe
  • ½ tsp umgubo weTurmeric
  • 2 ifumbelwe tsp umgubo weCoriander
  • 1 tsp Degi umgubo wetshilisi obomvu
  • 2 tsp I-curd, ibethiwe
  • 3 ephakathi ubukhulu Itumato, inqunyulwe
  • ½ ikomityi Amanzi
  • 400 gms Ipaneli, isikwe kwityhubhu ubukhulu

Yokuhombisa

  • Kasuri methi (optional ) 1 tsp

Inkqubo

Ukwenzela Intlama Etyumkileyo:

Kwi-mortar pestle, galela ijinja, ikonofile, itshilisi eluhlaza, ityuwa ukuze incasa kwaye wenze intlama egudileyo ngayo.

Kwigravy:

Kwi-kadai, yongeza ighee xa sele kushushu, yongeza imbewu ikumin, ama-clove, i-cardamom eluhlaza uze uyiyeke ichitheke kakuhle. Yongeza i-ginger garlic paste elungisiweyo kwaye uyixube kakuhle.

Yongeza itswele kwaye uyisawuze de ibe mdaka bugolide.

Yongeza umgubo weturmeric, umgubo wecoriander, idegi red chilli powder kwaye uyixube de ibe ngumqolo ivumba liyaphela.

Yongeza i-curd, itumata kwaye uyixube kakuhle. Yongeza amanzi amancinci kwaye upheke umzuzu.

Bopha umxube nge-blender yesandla kwi-gravy egudileyo. Yongeza amanzi amancinci kwaye upheke i-gravy ngaphezulu kwemizuzu emi-5 kwilangatye eliphakathi. Yongeza i-paneer kwaye upheke imizuzu embalwa.

Ihonjiswe ngejinja, i-coriander sprig, i-curd kwaye iphakanyiswe shushu.
