Izinongo ze-Muttaikose Sambar:

  • 2 iikomityi ze-muttaikose (ikhaphetshu), zinqunqwe
  • 1 ikomityi ye-toor dal (i-peas ijuba)
  • 1 itswele, linqunyulwe kakuhle
  • 2 iitumato, zinqunqwe
  • 2 itshilisi eluhlaza, inqunyulwe
  • 1 tsp imbewu yemostade
  • 1 tsp imbewu ye-cumin /li>
  • 1/4 tsp i-turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp i-sambar powder
  • Ityuwa ukunambitha
  • Amagqabi amatsha e-coriander okuhlobisa

    Imiyalelo:

    1. Pheka i-toor dal kwi-pressure cooker de ithambe. Hlaba uze ubeke ecaleni.

    6. Gxotha i-dal ephothiweyo kwaye udibanise imizuzu embalwa. Hombisa ngamagqabi amatsha e-coriander.

    • 1 ikomityi yee-chickpeas eziphekiweyo
    • 1 itswele, linqunqwe kakuhle
    • 1 itshilisi eluhlaza, i-slit
    • 1/2 tsp imbewu yemostade
    • 2 tbsp yekhokhonathi egayiweyo (ukhetho)
    • Ityuwa ukunambitha
    • Amagqabi e-Coriander ukuhlobisa

    Imiyalelo:

    1. Epanini, fudumeza i-oyile kwaye wongeze imbewu yemostade, uyeke ukuba aqhame.

    2. Yongeza itswele kunye netshilisi eluhlaza, gaqa de itswele libe mdaka ngegolide.

    3. Hlanganisa i-chickpeas ephekiweyo kunye netyuwa, xuba kakuhle. Yongeza ikhokhonathi egcweliweyo ukuba uyayisebenzisa.

    4. Pheka imizuzu embalwa kwaye uhombise ngamagqabi e-coriander.
