Muttaikose Sambar kunye Sundal Gravy

Izinongo ze-Muttaikose Sambar:
- 2 iikomityi ze-muttaikose (ikhaphetshu), zinqunqwe
- 1 ikomityi ye-toor dal (i-peas ijuba)
- 1 itswele, linqunyulwe kakuhle
- 2 iitumato, zinqunqwe
- 2 itshilisi eluhlaza, inqunyulwe
- 1 tsp imbewu yemostade
- 1 tsp imbewu ye-cumin /li>
- 1/4 tsp i-turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp i-sambar powder
- Ityuwa ukunambitha
- Amagqabi amatsha e-coriander okuhlobisa

Imiyalelo:
1. Pheka i-toor dal kwi-pressure cooker de ithambe. Hlaba uze ubeke ecaleni.
2. Ebhodweni, shushu ioli kwaye wongeze imbewu yemostade kunye nembewu ye-cumin. Bayeke bachithe.
3. Yongeza itswele kunye netshilisi eluhlaza, xuba de itswele litshintshe.
4. Yongeza utamatisi oqoshiwe, i-turmeric powder, i-sambar powder, kunye netyuwa. Pheka de itumato ithambe.
5. Yongeza i-muttaikose enqunqiweyo kunye nentwana yamanzi, gquma, kwaye upheke de ithambe.
6. Gxotha i-dal ephothiweyo kwaye udibanise imizuzu embalwa. Hombisa ngamagqabi amatsha e-coriander.
Izithako zeSundal Gravy:
- 1 ikomityi yee-chickpeas eziphekiweyo
- 1 itswele, linqunqwe kakuhle
- 1 itshilisi eluhlaza, i-slit
- 1/2 tsp imbewu yemostade
- 2 tbsp yekhokhonathi egayiweyo (ukhetho)
- Ityuwa ukunambitha
- Amagqabi e-Coriander ukuhlobisa
Imiyalelo:
1. Epanini, fudumeza i-oyile kwaye wongeze imbewu yemostade, uyeke ukuba aqhame.
2. Yongeza itswele kunye netshilisi eluhlaza, gaqa de itswele libe mdaka ngegolide.
3. Hlanganisa i-chickpeas ephekiweyo kunye netyuwa, xuba kakuhle. Yongeza ikhokhonathi egcweliweyo ukuba uyayisebenzisa.
4. Pheka imizuzu embalwa kwaye uhombise ngamagqabi e-coriander.
