Isaladi yeSoya Chunk yiresiphi elula nesempilweni onokuyenza kwimizuzu embalwa. Le isaladi inokunikwa njengesiqalo phambi kokutya.

  • Itswele/प्याज़ -1/2
  • Cucumber/खीरा-1/2
  • Itumato/टमाटर -1/2
  • Coriander/धनिया -1 tsp
  • Mint/पुदीना -1 tsp
  • Iingceba zeSoya/ सोयाचंक्स- 50 gm
  • Curd/दही-1 ikomityi
  • cumin powder/ज़ीरा पाउडर-1/2tsp
  • Ityuwa/नमक-Acc kwincasa yakho /स्वाद अनुसार
  • Umgubo wepepile emnyama/काली मिर्च का पाउडर - Acc kwincasa yakho/स्वाद अनुसार
  • Mixed herbs/मिश्रित जड़ी बूटी-1/4tsp
  • Extra i-olive oil/शुद्ध जैतून का तेल-1tsp

Imiyalelo

  1. Thatha iigms ezingama-50 zesoya izigaqa uze uzibilise. Ziyeke emanzini ashushu kangangemizuzu eyi-10 de zibe zithambe.
  2. Khala amanzi, uwahlambe ngamanzi acocekileyo uze emva koko ukhuphe onke amanzi asele egqithisile kwiziqwenga zesoya.
  3. Marinate the the soya chunks. iziqwenga zesoya ngokugalela icurd, ityuwa, ikumin powder, imifuno exutyiweyo kunye nomgubo wepepile emnyama.
  4. Yiyeke i-marinate ihlale efrijini imizuzu engama-30
  5. Fakela i-1 tsp yeoli ye-olive epanini. . Yongeza ikhaphetshu enqunqiweyo kunye nebell pepper kwaye uxube imizuzwana engama-30.
  6. Wakuba upholile yongeza umxube we-veggie kwiziqwenga zesoya.
  7. Galela i-cucumber enqunqiweyo, itumata, imifuno exutywe, ityuwa, ipepile emnyama, i-coriander, kunye ne-mint esityeni.
  8. Yixube yonke kunye kwaye isaladi yakho ye-Soya eneprotein ephezulu ngoku ilungile!!
