- 1/2 ithisipuni ye-cinnamon yomhlaba
- 1/4 ithispoon i-cloves yomhlaba
- 1/4 ithisipuni yepepile
- 1/4 ithisipuni yetyuwa
1. Kwimbiza ekhawulezileyo, dibanisa inyama yehagu nama-apile, umhluzi wenkukhu, iswekile emdaka, isinamon, i-cloves, ipepile kunye netyuwa.
