IREsiphi ye-UPMA
- For Sautéing Rava:
- 1 ½ tbsp ghee
- 1 ikomityi/ 165 gms bombay rava/ sooji
- Ukwenzela i-Upma:

- 3/4 tsp Imbewu yemostade
- 1 tbsp igota urad/ iurad epolishiweyo epheleleyo
- 1 tsp chana dal/ bengal gram
- 8 akukho cashew nuts, usikwe ube sisiqingatha
- 1 tsp ijinja, yanqunyulwa
- 1 itswele eliphakathi, linqunqwe

- 1 medium fresh green chilli, inqunqwe
- 12-15 akukho magqabi ekhari
- 3 ½ iikomityi zamanzi
- Ityiwa ukungcamla
- ¼ tsp iswekile
- 1 wedge yekalika
- 1 tbsp amagqabi ecoriander amatsha aneziqu zawo ezithambileyo, zinqunqwe
- 1 tbsp ighee
Inkqubo:
● Fudumeza ighee kwikadhai kunye nobushushu. Yongeza i-rava kwaye ugxobhoze imizuzu emi-2-3 kwilangatye eliphantsi. Gxuma ngokuqhubekayo ngelixa uvuselela ukuze zonke iinkozo ze-rava zifake i-ghee ngokulinganayo. Susa edangatyeni kwaye uyibeke ecaleni ukuze uyisebenzise kamva.
