Yongeza i-turmeric, i-chilli ebomvu, i-kasoori methi, imbewu ye-coriander etyumkileyo kunye nomgubo we-coriander kwaye udibanise kakuhle. Yongeza amagqabi epalak anqunqiweyo.
• Ngoku yongeza i-palak puree elungisiweyo, amanzi ashushu, lungelelanisa ityuwa kwaye uvuselele kamnandi. >• Ukugqitywa ngekrimu entsha kwaye uyisonge ibe yigravy.
• Hombisa ngejinja ijulienne kunye nekrimu entsha.
