- 55 gm (¼ ikomityi) iswekile emdaka
- 1 tsp i-vanilla extract ecocekileyo
- 100 gm (½ iikomityi) ezinqunqiweyo kunye neentsuku ezigxothiweyo
- 90 gm (½ ikomityi) iirasentyisi
- 2 tbsp imbewu yesesame (ukhetho)
Indlela:
