    Yokuncamathelisa
    - Byedgi red chillies/ Kashmiri red chillies 10-12 nos.
    - Cashew 3-4 iinombolo.
    - iJaggery 1 tbsp
    - I-clove yegalikhi 8-10 nos.
    - Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
    - Ityuwa ukungcamla
  • Indlela: Beka ipani kwidangatye eliphezulu kwaye uyifudumeze kakuhle, xa ipani ishushubezekile yehlisa idangatye kwaye yongeza imbewu yecoriander kunye ne iziqholo eziseleyo, zigcobe kakuhle kwidangatye eliphantsi kude kube nevumba elimnandi. Ngoku thatha zonke iitshilisi ezibomvu kwaye ususe imbewu ngokuyisika ngoncedo lwesikere. Yongeza amanzi ashushu kwaye ucwilise i-chillies ene-deseeded kunye ne-cashews kunye kwisitya, xa sele ifakwe emanzini, yongeza kwi-mixer grinder jar kunye neziqholo ezigcadiweyo. Emva koko yongeza izithako eziseleyo ze-paste, qiniseka ukuba usebenzisa amanzi amancinci kakhulu, ugaye zonke izithako kwi-paste ecocekileyo.

    - Ijusi yelamuni 1 tsp
  • Indlela: Ukwenza iiprawn ighee yosiwe kuya kufuneka u-marinate iiprawn, kuba loo nto ikhupha iiprawn kwaye uzihlambe kakuhle. Yongeza i-prevened prawns kwisitya kwaye ugalele ityuwa, i-turmeric powder, ijusi yelamuni, xuba kakuhle kwaye uzigcine ecaleni de senze i-ghee roast masala. Ukwenza i-ghee yosiwe i-masala, setha ipani kwidangatye eliphezulu kwaye uyifudumeze kakuhle, ukongeza i-3 tbsp ye-ghee epanini kwaye uyivumele ishushu kakuhle. Emva kokuba i-ghee ishushu, yongeza intlama ebesiyenze ngaphambili kwaye uyipheke kwidangatye eliphakathi ngelixa uvuselela ngokuqhubekayo, yipheke intlama ide ibe mnyama kwaye ivuthuke...
