I-Cream cheese 300 grams
Iswekile ephothiweyo 1/2 indebe
Umgubo wengqolowa 1 tbsp
Ubisi oluxutyiweyo 150 ml
I-cream entsha 3/4 indebe
Curd 1/4 indebe
I-vanilla essence 1 tsp
Mango puree 100 grams
I-Lemon zest 1 nos.

Indlela:
1. Gaya iibhiskithi zibe ngumgubo uze udibanise nebhotolo enyibilikisiweyo.
2. Sasaza umxube kwi-springform pan kunye nefriji.
3. Betha itshizi ekhrimu, iswekile kunye nomgubo wombona de uthambe.
4. Yongeza ubisi olujiyileyo kunye nezithako eziseleyo kwaye ubethe de udityaniswe.
5. Galela intlama epanini kunye nomphunga kangangeyure e-1.
6. Ukupholisa kunye nefriji ye-2-3 iiyure.
7. Zihombise ngezilayi zemango kwaye uphake.
