Izithako:
- 2-4 iifayili zesalmon (180g ngefillet nganye)
- 1/3 ikomityi (75g) ibhotolo
- 2 amacephe amatsha ejusi yeLemon
- Ijusi yelamuni
- 2/3 ikomityi (160ml) Iwayini emhlophe – ungazikhethela/okanye umhluzi wenkukhu
- 1/2 ikomityi (120ml) I-cream enzima
- 2 amacephe e-parsley enqunqwe
- Ityuwa
- Ipepile emnyama
Izikhokelo:
- Susa ulusu kwi-salmon fillets. Ityuwa kunye nepepile.
- Nyibilikisa ibhotolo kubushushu obuphakathi. Fry i-salmon kumacala omabini kude kube yigolide, malunga nemizuzu eyi-3-4 ukusuka kwicala ngalinye.
- Yongeza kwi-pan emhlophe iwayini, ijusi ye-lemon, i-lemon zest kunye ne-cream enzima. Yipheke i-salmon kwi-sauce malunga nemizuzu emi-3 kwaye uyisuse epanini.
- Nonga i-sauce ngetyuwa kunye nepepile. Yongeza i-parsley eqoshiwe kwaye udibanise. Nciphisa isosi ngesiqingatha de ijike.
- Nceda isalmon uze ugalele isosi phezu kwesalmon.
