Izithako:

  • 2/3 ikomityi (160ml) Iwayini emhlophe – ungazikhethela/okanye umhluzi wenkukhu
  • 1/2 ikomityi (120ml) I-cream enzima
  • 2 amacephe e-parsley enqunqwe
  • Ityuwa
  • Ipepile emnyama

Izikhokelo:

  1. Susa ulusu kwi-salmon fillets. Ityuwa kunye nepepile.
  2. Nyibilikisa ibhotolo kubushushu obuphakathi. Fry i-salmon kumacala omabini kude kube yigolide, malunga nemizuzu eyi-3-4 ukusuka kwicala ngalinye.
  3. Yongeza kwi-pan emhlophe iwayini, ijusi ye-lemon, i-lemon zest kunye ne-cream enzima. Yipheke i-salmon kwi-sauce malunga nemizuzu emi-3 kwaye uyisuse epanini.
  4. Nonga i-sauce ngetyuwa kunye nepepile. Yongeza i-parsley eqoshiwe kwaye udibanise. Nciphisa isosi ngesiqingatha de ijike.
  5. Nceda isalmon uze ugalele isosi phezu kwesalmon.
