Daal Masoor Recipe

Izithako zeresiphi ye-Daal Masoor:
- 1 ikomityi ye-masoor daal (iiyile ezibomvu)
- 3 iikomityi zamanzi
- 1 tsp ityuwa
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 itswele eliphakathi (linqunqwe)
- 1 itumato ephakathi (inqunqwe)
- 4-5 iitshilisi eziluhlaza (zinqunqwe)
- 1/2 indebe ye-coriander entsha (inqunqwe)
Ukucaphuka daal masoor:
- 2 tbsp i-ghee (ibhotolo ecacisiweyo) / ioli
- 1 tsp imbewu ye-cumin
- ipinki ye-asafetida
Iresiphi: Geza i-daal kwaye uyicwilise imizuzu engama-20-30. Kwi-pan enzulu, yongeza amanzi, i-daal egayiweyo, ityuwa, i-turmeric, i-anyanisi, i-tomato kunye ne-chilies eluhlaza. Hlanganisa kwaye upheke ngelixa ugubungele imizuzu engama-20-25. Ukufudumala, ukushisa i-ghee, yongeza imbewu ye-cumin kunye ne-asafetida. Emva kokuba i-daal iphekwe, yongeza ukufudumala kunye ne-coriander entsha phezulu. Yiphake ishushu ngerayisi okanye i-naan.
