INDLELA YOKWENZA IRISI EQINIWEYO YENKUKU
Sika inkukhu ibe ngamaqhekeza amancinci. Hlanganisa kunye ne-1 tsp ye-corn starch, i-1 tsp ye-soy sauce, i-1 tsp yeoli yemifuno kunye ne-pinch ye-soda yokubhaka. Yibeke ecaleni imizuzu engama-30.
Uqhekeze amaqanda ama-2. Yibethe kakuhle.
Fudumeza i-wok. Yongeza malunga ne-1 tbsp yeoli yemifuno. Yiphose, ukuze umzantsi ugqunywe kakuhle.
Yima kude kuphume umsi. Galela kwiqanda. Kuyakuthatha malunga nemizuzwana engama-30 ukuya kwengama-50 ukuwenza ube shushu. Yiqhekeze ibe ngamaqhekeza amancinci kwaye uyibeke ecaleni.
